ATLANTA GA - Officials representing Southern Company, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) and KBR Inc., on Monday, Sept. 10, will break ground on an advanced 285- megawatt integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) facility near Orlando, Fla.
